FINANCIAL STABILITY  

TAPL today has turn over exceeding Rs.200 Million Indian Rupees and has capacity to execute orders more than 20 Million Indian Rupees every month.

We have a large working capital base from a nationalized bank for operations. TAPL stocks a very large range of raw materials.

TAPL is able to adhere to the on-time delivery because of holding optimum stocks of all materials which directly speaks about the financial stability.

 

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

TAPL has a separate division having all the facilities for Research & Development of new chemicals. The Research & Development unit is fully equipped with fume cupboards, necessary glass equipments to develop new products from 5grams to 5000grams.

TAPL has senior experienced Post Graduate Organic Chemists working in Research & Development unit and due to their endeavor and efforts TAPL proudly states two of their new chemicals which are under development would be patented very shortly.

TAPL has developed in house expertise and capabilities in handling the following reactions which are very critical in the manufacture of aroma chemicals.

 
TAPL has commissioned a new state of art manufacturing facility at Hirehally Industrial Area near Bangalore..

The plant is situated in an industrial zone having all the necessary amenities to run a chemical industry. TAPL is situated in a plot measuring 6000 sq.mtrs.

MCPC Building Area - 1500 sq.ft.

This building consists of main motor control consoles, incoming power panel, transformer yard and 365 KVA standby generator.

 

At present the company has a sanction load of 160KVA.

Utility Block – Area – 4000 sq.ft

Keeping a long term vision of expansion the company has a separate utility block where in the following utilities are housed.

Boiler briquette fired – 1000kg/Hr.Brine plant 15 TR having a brine tank of capacity 6000 ltrs. where in the temperature achieved is -15 Deg.C

Air compressorTwo Cooling tower 80 TR & 40 TR capacity with necessary circulating pumps

Warehouse – Area – 8000 Sq.Ft

A separate building has been constructed to stock all the relevant raw materials with suitable storage racks

The height of the building is 7.5mtrs. which has a provision of having a mezzanine floor in future.

High Pressure Area – Area – 2500 Sq.ft

A separate dedicated building has been erected for housing the Hydrogenator with necessary equipment for future expansion.

Main Building : Area – 10,000 Sq.ft

The main building consists of an Administrative Block, Quality Control Lab, R & D Department, Manufacturing plant and Finished goods storage

The administrative block is of RCC construction having two floors of 2000 Sq.Ft. each. The manufacturing plant has an area of 8000 Sq.Ft.

Where in dedicated equipments have been erected for manufacture.

TAPL manufacture large quantities of solid product the unit has a separate dedicated drying area which has been isolated from the main manufacturing bay to avoid cross contamination by the other chemicals manufactured.

TAPL has designed the manufacturing facility having the most modern equipment considering the latest development in the industry.

All the reactors and process equipments are designed for multi purpose usage considering different types of products and reactions

WHY TADIMETY

Disposal of Effluents: TAPL is situated in an industrial zone wherein the effluents are sent to a common effluent treatment plant run by the State Government

The company has 20,000 ltrs Capacity under ground storage tank for the effluents which are transferred ona weekly basis to the common effluent treatment plant.

TAPL has MOU with the State Government for the same.

Customer Support: TAPL is indebted to valuable customers for having an accelerated growth.

To delight the customers and have valuable interaction and the product usage TAPL is in the process of having perfumers of good reputed to work with the specialty chemicals being manufactured and give technical services if any pertaining to the usage etc.



QUALITY

The Quality Control department is fullyequipped and as per the quality manual of the company all the raw materials procured, in process reactions and final products quality checks and documented.

The department has a dedicated team of experts for odour evaluation which is a very important characteristic in aroma chemicals.

The samples of the finished goods are maintained in the Quality Control Lab as per the specified time in the quality manual.

The Quality Control department has two divisions namely Instrumentation Lab and Wet Lab.
